In rule 54 (rights of prisoners charged):

(a)

at the end of paragraph (1) there shall be added the words “or, as the case may be, the adjudicator”;

(b)

after paragraph (2) there shall be added the following paragraph:

“(3)

At an inquiry into a charge which has been referred to the adjudicator, the prisoner who has been charged shall be given the opportunity to be legally represented.”.
