# The Prison and Young Offender Institution (Adjudication) (Amendment) Rules 2024, Rule 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Rules may be cited as the Prison and Young Offender Institution (Adjudication) (Amendment) Rules 2024 and come into force on the 31st May 2024.
(2) These Rules extend to England and Wales.
