  "text": "Rule 95 shall be amended as follows—\n(a) in paragraph (1) for the words “Rules 39(1) and 40(2)” there shall be substituted the words “Rule 39(1)”;\n(b) in paragraph (2) for the words “rules 40 and 41” there shall be substituted the words “rule 41”;\n(c) paragraph (3) shall be deleted.",
