# The Prison (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1993, Article 10: Amendment of Rule 144 of the principal Rules


In rule 144(3) of the principal Rules there shall be inserted at the end the following words:–
“if their sentence or detention was imposed before 1st October 1993”.
