In the exercise of the powers conferred upon my by section 3(2) of the Prisoners (Return to Custody) Act 1995, I hereby make the following Order:

## 1 

This Order may be cited as the Prisoners (Return to Custody) Act 1995 (Commencement) Order 1995.

## 2 

The Prisoners (Return to Custody) Act 1995 shall come into force on 5th September 1995.
