# The Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1996, Article 45: Amendment of rule 124 of the principal Rules


Rule 124 of the principal Rules (circumstances where prisoners are disqualified from consideration for temporary release) is amended by the substitution for the words “rules 120 to 123” of the words “rules 120 to 123A”.
