Article 8 Amendment of rule 40 of the principal Rules

Rule 40(3) of the principal Rules (privileges) is amended by the substitution for sub-paragraph (c) of the following sub-paragraph:—

“(c)

the use of recreational and library facilities provided, or the participation in recreational activities organised, by virtue of rule 76;”.
