  "text": "(1) Rule 2 of the principal Rules (application to young offenders institutions and young offenders) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2) of this rule.\n(2) In paragraph (2), for the words “the exceptions and modifications set out in Schedule 1” there are substituted the words “any exception or modification specified in any provision of these Rules”.",
