Article 20 Amendment of rule 38 of the principal Rules

Rule 38 of the principal rules (religious services and visits) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2) of this rule.

(2)

In paragraph (1), for the words “Subject to paragraph (2)” there are substituted the following words:–

“Subject to rule 80(1) and to paragraph (2) below”.
