# The Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1998, Article 22: Amendment of rule 51 of the principal Rules


(1) Rule 51 of the principal Rules (opening and reading of other correspondence) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2) of this rule.
(2) In paragraph (3), after the words “such restrictions,” there are inserted the words “or which the prisoner may not be permitted to receive by virtue of those restrictions,”.
