Article 36 Amendment of rule 85 of the principal Rules

Rule 85 of the principal Rules (temporary confinement) is amended in accordance with the following paragraphs of this rule.

(2)

In the heading, after the word “confinement”, there are inserted the words “in a special cell”.

(3)

In paragraph (3)(a), for the words “the medical officer”, there are substituted the words “a medical officer”.

(4)

In paragraph (4)(a), for the words “the medical officer”, there are substituted the words “a medical officer”.
