# The Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1999, Article 9: Amendment of rule 16 of the principal Rules


(1) Rule 16 of the principal Rules (standard of accommodation) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2) of this rule.
(2) In paragraph (3)(a), for the words “the medical officer”, there are substituted the words “a medical officer”.
