# The Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2000, Article 17: Amendment of rule 120A of the principal Rules


(1) Rule 120A of the principal Rules (local leave) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2) of this Rule.
(2) In paragraph (3)(a), after the words “particular hall”, there are inserted the words “or part”.
