Article 19 Amendment of rule 123A of the principal Rules

(1)

Rule 123A of the principal Rules (temporary release for work or educational placements or attendance at medical facilities)^f1 is amended in accordance with paragraph (2) of this rule.

(2)

In paragraph (1)—

(a)

the word “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (b) is omitted; and

(b)

after sub-paragraph (b) there is inserted the following sub-paragraph:—

“(bb)

to undertake unescorted voluntary work outside the prison in terms of rule 70; or”.
