# The Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2000, Article 20: Amendment of rule 126 of the principal Rules


(1) Rule 126 of the principal rules (direction with respect to temporary release) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2) of this rule.
(2) In paragraph (a), after the words “halls within”, there are inserted the words “or parts of”.
