  "text": "(1) Rule 70 of the principal Rules (work opportunities) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2) of this rule.\n(2) In paragraph (2)—\n(a) the word “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (a) is omitted; and\n(b) after paragraph (b) there are inserted the words\n“; and\n(c) voluntary work outside the prison.”.",
