  "text": "(1) These Rules may be cited as the Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2002 and shall come into force on 1st April 2002.\n(2) In these Rules–\n(a) a reference to “the principal Rules” is a reference to the Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Rules 1994;\n(b) “security category” has the meaning ascribed to it in rule 3 of the principal Rules immediately before these Rules come into force.",
