# The Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2002, Article 6: Amendment of rule 91 of the principal Rules


For rule 91(3)(c) of the principal Rules (special escorted leave) there is substituted–
“(c) is and has been for at least 3 months assigned low supervision level;”.
