# The Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2002, Article 9: Amendment of rule 133 of the principal Rules


In rule 133(5) and (5A) of the principal Rules (constitution of visiting committees), for “third” there is substituted “fourth” in each place where it occurs.
