# The Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2006, Article 1: Citation and commencement


These Rules may be cited as the Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2006 and shall come into force on 2nd February 2006.
