Laid before the Scottish Parliament 7th March 2007
Coming into force in accordance with Rule 1
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 39 of the Prisons (Scotland) Act 1989 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Rules:
