# The Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2016, Article 1: Citation and commencement


These Rules may be cited as the Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2016 and come into force on 24th March 2016.
