# The Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2021, Rule 1: Citation and commencement


These Rules may be cited as the Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2021 and come into force on 13 December 2021.
