  "text": "The Governor must ensure that a copy of each of the following items is made available for inspection by officers and prisoners in each accommodation block and in the prison library—\n(a) these Rules;\n(b) any direction made under these Rules; and\n(c) any authorisation made under section 41ZB(8) of the Act.",
