  "text": "(1) Section 3 is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsections (5) and (6), after “section 1(2)(b)” insert “ or (2B)(b) ”.\n(3) After subsection (9) insert—\n“(10) A reference in this section to a relevant institution is—\n(a) in the case of information obtained by virtue of an authorisation under section 1(1), a reference to the relevant institution to which the authorisation relates;\n(b) in the case of information obtained by virtue of an authorisation under section 1(2A), a reference to the relevant institution to which the information relates.”",
