# Prisons (Scotland) Act 1989, Paragraph 10


In section 52 of the Courts-Martial (Appeals) Act 1968, for paragraph (e) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“(e) section 39 of the Prisons (Scotland) Act 1989; or”.
