  "text": "(1) This section defines certain expressions used in section 32C.\n(2) A reference to a licence is to a licence under which a person is released from prison under the licence provisions.\n(3) A reference to prison is to such prison or other institution from which a person can be released on licence under the licence provisions.\n(4) Here, the licence provisions are—\n(a) section 22 of this Act,\n(b) rules for temporary release made under section 39 of this Act, or\n(c) Part 1 of the Prisoners and Criminal Proceedings (Scotland) Act 1993.",
