Prisons, England And Wales
Made 15th November 2021
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2) of the Prisons (Substance Testing) Act 2021.

## 1 Citation and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Prisons (Substance Testing) Act 2021 (Commencement) Regulations 2021.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

## 2 Commencement

The Prisons (Substance Testing) Act 2021 comes into force on the 8th December 2021.
