# The Prisons (Substance Testing) Act 2021 (Commencement) Regulations 2021, Regulation 1: Citation and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Prisons (Substance Testing) Act 2021 (Commencement) Regulations 2021.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
