# The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, Regulation 33: Technical advice to the Commission


OFCOM shall comply with any reasonable request made by the Commission ... for advice on technical and similar matters relating to electronic communications where the request is made in connection with—
(a) the Commission’s enforcement functions, or
(b) the Commission’s functions under regulation 32A or 32B (codes of conduct).
