# The Private Dentistry (Wales) Regulations 2008, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the National Assembly for Wales 24 July 2008
Coming into force 1 January 2009
The Welsh Ministers, having consulted such persons as they consider appropriate, make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by Sections 12(2), 14(1)(d), 15(3), 16(1), 16(3) 22(1), 22(2)(a), (c) and (d), 25(1), 42(1) and 118(5) to (7) of the Care Standards Act 2000.
