# The Private Dentistry (Wales) Regulations 2008, Regulation 1: Title, commencement and application


(1) The title of these Regulations is the Private Dentistry (Wales) Regulations 2008 and they come into force on 1 January 2009.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
