Regulation 22 Amendment of the Care Standards Act 2000 and the Children Act 1989 (Abolition of Fees)(Wales) Regulations 2006

The Care Standards Act 2000 and the Children Act 1989 (Abolition of Fees) (Wales) Regulations 2006^f1 are amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.

In regulation 1(2) in the appropriate place insert —

• ““dental services” (“gwasanaethau deintyddol”) has the same meaning as in the Private Dentistry (Wales) Regulations 2008;”

At the end of regulation 1 add —

“(4)

These Regulations do not apply to persons who provide dental services.”
