# The Private Dentistry (Wales) Regulations 2017, Regulation 24: Financial position


The registered person must take all reasonable steps to carry on the private dental practice in such a manner as is likely to ensure that it will be financially viable for the purpose of achieving the aims and objectives set out in its statement of purpose.
