Article 45 General Order 75

In General Order 75—

(a)

in paragraph (1), the word “proposed”shall be deleted;

(b)

in paragraph (2), the word “proposed”shall be deleted; and

(c)

in paragraph (3)(ii), for the words “Company, Society, Association, or Co--Partnership”there shall be substituted the words “company, society, association or -partnership”.
