  "text": "In General Order 122—\n(a) the word “draft” shall be deleted;\n(b) for the words “this Order”, there shall be substituted the words “this General Order”;\n(c) for the word “Rate”, there shall be substituted the word “Revenue”; and\n(d) the words “under the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1966” shall be deleted.",
