# The Private Legislation Procedure (Scotland) General Order 1993, Article 3: General Order 4


In General Order 4–
(a) in paragraph (4), the words from “in the Office” to “Commons,” shall be deleted; and
(b) in paragraph (5), for the words “any of those offices” there shall be substituted the words “the Scottish Office, London,”.
