# The Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2002, Article 3


The following provisions of the 2001 Act shall come into force on 1st April 2003:
(a) section 1 (Security Industry Authority) to the extent not already in force;
(b) section 2 (directions etc. by the Secretary of State);
(c) section 24 (orders and regulations); and
(d) Schedule 1 to the extent not already in force.
