  "text": "The following provisions of the Private Security Industry Act 2001 shall come into force on 20th March 2006—\n(a) section 14 (register of approved contractors);\n(b) section 15 (arrangement for the grant of approvals) to the extent not already in force;\n(c) section 16 (right to use approved status); and\n(d) section 18 (appeals relating to approvals).",
