# The Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2003, Article 2


The following provisions of the 2001 Act shall come into force on 1st November 2003:
(a) section 7 (licensing criteria);
(b) section 8(4)(a) (licences to engage in licensable conduct), for the purposes of making regulations;
(c) section 20 (guidance as to exercise of power of entry).
