This Order brings section 3(2)(a) to (i) of the Private Security Act 2001 into force on 24th May 2004 in the Hampshire police area and on 1st June 2004 in the Avon and Somerset, Devon and Cornwall, Dorset, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire police areas.

Section 3(1) of the Act is brought into force in the Hampshire police area on 4th June 2004.
