# The Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2004, Article 2


Section 3(1) of the 2001 Act (conduct prohibited without a licence) shall come into force on 13th September 2004 in the police areas of—
(a) Avon and Somerset;
(b) Devon and Cornwall;
(c) Dorset;
(d) Gloucestershire; and
(e) Wiltshire.
