# The Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2004, Article 2


Section 3(1) and (2)(a) to (i) of the 2001 Act (conduct prohibited without a licence) shall come into force on 18th October 2004 in the police areas of—
(a) Leicestershire;
(b) Northamptonshire;
(c) Staffordshire;
(d) Warwickshire;
(e) West Mercia; and
(f) West Midlands.
