# The Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2005, Article 5


Section 3(2)(a) to (i) (conduct prohibited without a licence) and section 5 (offence of using unlicensed security operatives) of the 2001 Act shall come into force on 11th April 2005 to the extent not already in force.
