  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in SI 2006/426 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument\nSECURITY INDUSTRY, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 17th March 2006\nLaid before Parliament 17th March 2006\nComing into force 20th March 2006\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(3) and 24(5) of the Private Security Industry Act 2001.\nIn accordance with section 24(4) of that Act he has consulted with the Security Industry Authority.",
