The activities of a security operative set out in paragraph 3f1 of Schedule 2 to the 2001 Act are hereby designated for the purposes of section 3 of the 2001 Act.

(2)

The activities of a security operative set out in paragraph 3Af2 of Schedule 2 to the 2001 Act are hereby designated for the purposes of section 3, except section 3(2)(j), of the 2001 Act.
