Regulation 2 Amendments to the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Licences) Regulations 2007

The Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Licences) Regulations 2007^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 8(1) (fee to be paid on application for licence)^f2, for “£210” substitute “£204”.

In regulation 9 (transitional provision)^f3, for “1st October 2019” substitute “6th April 2023”.
