  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Licences) Regulations 2007 by replacing the form prescribed for the purposes of section 8(2)(a) of the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (licences to engage in licensable conduct) with a new form, as set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations. Regulation 2(2) is a transitional provision allowing the existing application form to be used until 31st March 2010.",
