# The Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Licences) Regulations 2007 (Amendment) Regulations 2009, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations amend the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Licences) Regulations 2007 so as to extend those Regulations to Northern Ireland. In addition these Regulations make amendments to the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Licences) Regulations 2007 to take account of Northern Ireland legislation relating to invalid carriages, disability badges and emergency vehicles.
