  "text": "(1) The Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Licences) Regulations 2007 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) For regulation 3 (application form to engage in licensable conduct), substitute the following:\n“Form of the application to engage in licensable conduct\n3 The form of the application for the grant of a licence and the information to accompany that application must be as determined by the Authority.”\n(3) Schedule 1 (application form to engage in licensable conduct) is omitted.",
